Another centerpiece is competition in three major areas-- Highland dancing, piping & drumming, and traditional Highland athletics. Hershey's Track and Field Competition

REGISTRATION: Day of Event at PGHS Track & Field
FREE
This track and field meet is a free local competition for all children aged 9-14 sponsored by Hershey’s Track and Field Games
Participants will compete in his/her own age and gender groups and will have the opportunity to go on to the district level of competition if his/her performance qualifies for such.
Unlike regular track club meets, in this sponsored event, participants can only participate in three events. Two track and one field event or two field and one track event. A participant cannot compete in three track events. A relay is considered a track event. Spikes or shoes designed for spikes are not allowed on the track for this meet.
Jewelry, hair beads and decoration and sun glasses (except prescription) are not allowed.

Family Night on the Farm - June & July

June 7: Turkey Time - It’s turkey time, so trot on down to the farm for a night all about turkeys. There will be turkey trivia, turkey crafts, and turkey fun.
June 14: Little Red Barn - Horses, donkeys, cows that moo, chickens, bunnies, piglets too. The little red barn is full of animals to adore, come for a night of crafts, activities and more.
June 21: Donkey, Donkey Old & Grey - Our donkey night has not yet begun, so come to the farm for a night of crafts, games and donkey fun.
June 28: Beautiful Butterflies - Come create your own beautiful butterfly craft and learn about this beautiful creatures that flutter around during this time of year.
July 5: Red, White & Blue - Come celebrate our nation’s colors as we learn about the wonderful country we live in. Games and craft included.
July 12: Furry Friends - What kinds of furry friends does the farm have? Find yourself falling in love with all the cute and cuddly animals as you touch and feel their furry coats, go on a scavenger hunt and make a craft to take home.
July 19: Good Bug Bad Bug - Creeping crawling buzzing creatures live all over on the farm. Come learn about what bugs are good for the farm and others that cause a bunch of trouble. Craft included.
July 26: Bird Feeding - Head to the farm for a night of bird feeding. Feed ducks, geese, turkeys, & chickens. Make your own bird feeder to hang in your back yard and begin attracting the birds in your neighborhood.

June 28th: Fine Art Frenzy - Discover your inner Van Gogh and let the creativity flow. See artists at work, make your own masterpieces, and maybe even become a work of art yourself.
