With a career that spanned comedienne to Vaudeville star in The Ziegfeld Follies, in Hollywood films and on the radio, Fanny Brice was one of the most celebrated entertainers of her time. “Funny Girl” is her true story. A powerhouse musical comedy classic, the show is based on the movie starring Barbra Streisand and includes big production numbers and even bigger songs including “Don’t Rain On My Parade,” “People Who Need People,” “Secondhand Rose” and more.

Family Day Hike & Breakfast

Bring your family and friends for a light breakfast, then head out into the wild for hike.

Call the Community Center (801) 785-6172 to let them them know how many are in your group and your names will be entered in a drawing for prizes given out at the hike.

Museum Mondays are full of creative dinosaur-related activities perfect for a night out with the family.

June 7: Live Reptile - Shows at 5pm and 6pm
June 14: Dino Dads! - Explore the exhibits on our Fathers Day scavenger hunt and learn all about our favorite Dino Dads. Fathers Day craft included.
June 21: Pirate Night! -Join us for our annual summer pirate night! Be dressed in your pirate attire for a night of pirate fun. Pirate storytelling, crafts, treasure hunt, and face painting.
June 28: In Love with Ladybugs - Try your luck at our ladybug hunt! Craft included.

July 5: National Caribbean Day!
July 12: Search Party Scavenger Hunt
July 19: Sorcerers Showdown!

Our new Summer Science Adventure Camps give kids hands-on training that will inspire teamwork, creativity and innovation.  Campers  will be challenged to see the world differently whether it is looking at something a thousand times smaller than the diameter of a human hair, or larger than galaxies in the universe.  The three day camp experience will be jam packed with activities, games, and fun filled experiences that you will cherish for years to come.

Leap, run, jump and pounce.  Cats come in all different shapes and sizes. You’ll have a purr-fectly great time as you discover the many kinds of cats that make their home at the Zoo.

Each program features theme animals with guided tours, art activities, songs, snacks and special experiences. Adults attend with children ages 3-5.

  • No older or younger siblings allowed.
  • Children registered for the Pre-K sessions must be age 3 by the date the class session begins.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the registrations of children registered in sessions that do not match their age/grade.
